Osteopathic lesion - Part 2

CONTENTS

This article differentiates and discusses the definitions and terminology of osteopathic lesion concepts that refer back to Still and early osteopaths. The term "osteopathic lesion" developed on the basis of Still's understanding of lesions in the sense of an obstruction of vital fluids or their neuronal control centres. The original term "lesion" was mostly used to refer to disorders of the spinal structures.
